#1: 35 is the new 25:
I can walk around telling myself I'm "too old" for xyz, or I can seize the opportunity to do what my heart desires. Just because I haven't done xyz in the past, doesn't mean that I couldn't in the present or future.
35 is young. If I say so. And now is the best time to live the life I only dared to dream about so far. I'm fortunate enough to be at a crossroads in my life at the moment, and have the opportunity to go down a different road... also because I wasn't truly fulfilled or happy with how things we're unraveling. Not to a 100%.
It's true that we are conditioned by our experiences and environment, but it's also true that we, as adults, are capable of re-parenting ourselves if our desire is strong enough, and if our effort is consistent enough. That's what life/health coaching is for. That's what self development is for.
Walk down your own dream path. Be courageous enough to.

Define your own luxury.
#2: The first time is usually awkward
... but it gets better!
...and You get better. Aiming for perfection is self sabotage. Rather aiming for consistency will take you places; to places with great results. To a place that feels amazing.
Just look at me punchboxing! Never have I ever... dared to before, because yaiks. And here we are: I am ABSOLUTELY loving it. And YES, the first time was a bit awkward... You get over it! The beauty on the other side, the other side of the fear, is far greater, far more remarkable. It's so worth it. Your confidence grows with each experience and the resistance grows smaller to try new stuff each time.

Punchboxing is always a great idea.
(so much fun and so so empowering, ladies!)
#3: A strong body = equals a healthy mind
The more active I've become, the better I feel. Surely I'm not alone feeling this way; science backs it up.
Keep on moving, it feels great for your body and mind. Keep on playing the field, it's fun.
