We're always going to be a work in progress. And as soon as you accept that, you're making space for more. More of everyhting. Especially for change.
The moment you accept what is, you allow it - whatever it is - to grow.

Let's rewind a bit.
When we were first laid off back in 2020 due to covid, I struggled like many of us did. And then I accepted the situation and got busy building on my health coaching ideas. Because back then, it was just that; an idea. I started off to create content with smoothie bowls because it was easy, but it's only for so long that you can ride the 'easy wave' before your beginners luck runs out... Or?
The longer I've been caught up in the entrepreneurial games of health coaching, the stronger I believe that nothing's simply given to us. It isn't luck that defines our path, but hard work, progressive steps, and especially hardships. Hardships can be beautiful and the most grounding experiences there are on this planet. And it's those hardships that remind us what matters the most and push us onwards. Onwards to some pretty great things.
I wasn't born this way.
When I had a rough break-up back in 2019, I decided to certify myself as holistic health coach because I wanted more out of life. I've always loved everything health and wanted to give working in the biz a go. I was terrified, but eager to try.
When I had a miscarriage back in 2020. (Yes I almost joined the covid baby boom) That was when my bromance with abs started. To get through the pain, I dedicated myself to build a stronger fitness for myself through workout challenges. The abs were a happy byproduct.
When I had another rough break-up in 2022, I decided to move to Paris and do a 180 marie kondo decluttering on my surroundings and kick the excitement in my life up a knotch. Because life should be lived at the heights of excitement, and we're only young once. And we only live once.
Back to 2020 when it all started...

-first yoga experiences-

-first smoothie bowls-

-lockdown ends, life goes on-

-this is what we call progression-
