You've probably heard people say that the way you start off your day sets the tone for your entire day? That's right. Experts agree that a morning routine will influence the type of day you have; whether it's good or bad, and you've got your part to play.
I agree that morning habits are huge. Well, habits in general, and more about that on another occasion. I really like to take my sweet time in the morning and I believe intentional mornings make way better days vs. rushed ones. Going through my 3-habit-routine grounds me, inspires me, gives me more self confidence and boosts my mood. Not only do I gain on it, but so do the people around me. Win-win.
So bring it on. Let's do this damned thing. Here they are.
3's a charm. My 3-habit-routine:

1) Drinking first thing in the morning to kick any headaches to the curb:
I have a coffee with milk, a berocca booster (vitamin drink), and a glass of water.
2) Taking "Me" time to rejuvenate and power charge:
I wouldn't dream of starting off my morning before having gone through a little pampering sesh. Especially when times get busier it's worth gold.
Here's my top 15 favorites:
My...
1️⃣ Aromatherapy diffuser. Mmmh heavenly scents!
2️⃣ Loofa (for full-body shower scrubs)
3️⃣ Solid shampoo for greasy hair. Hello, volume.
4️⃣ Charcoal face cleanser by the brand YES

6️⃣ Resultime collagen serum

1️⃣1️⃣ Odol original mouthwash

3) Getting inspired, e-v-e-r-y day:
For me it's important that I'm not living ground-hog day over and over again. It abso-lutely terrifies me. So what I do, is I try to absorb new knowledge on a wide array of topics on a daily basis - around health and lifestyle based topics - and then I try to apply it. Keeping that curiosity for life alive definitely makes it more magical, more of that miracle life really is. And it gives me inspiration to conquer yet another day.
Try it out,
