The one that beats you up for not being the perfect size and for not saying, doing, or being the way you should be.


I want to focus on weight with you because it can be a tricky topic in the current covid-ized life scene.


The way you eat is the way you lead your life, and if you're eating in a way that displeases you, there's a high likeliness that you're living in a way that displeases you too.


A good place to start tackling this beast is through deciphering 'WHY' you'd like to shed weight.


STEP 1

Put a mission sentence together, here's an example:


"I'd like to shed weight because when I'm lighter, I'm more energetic, I can pursue my goals better, every day feels better and I love how my body looks; how my clothes fit.

My body becomes the best outfit money can't buy."


Seek 'SUPPORT':


STEP 2

Work together with a nutritionist or health coach to define a flexible meal plan:


Discover simple, tasty, wholesome meals you can whip together during the week that you love to eat. No cooking skills required!


Be 'KIND' with yourself:


STEP 3

Practice mindful eating:


Eat what you enjoy. Eat sitting down. Give thanks. Appreciate the food that nature has graced you with. Chew minfully. Embrace the tastes in your mouth. No auto-pilot or multi-tasking allowed. No guilt allowed. No stress-ful chewing or abrupt inhaling of your food. Tackle one bite at a time. Be present. Be in the here and now. Bon appetit.
