To create lasting change: start small

Most new habits fail because they're too radical and not concrete enough.
To help you out, I've diced this up in smaller ideas.
First, determine what motivates you to do this:
1) Formulate your mission statement:
Template
I want to: _____________________________ (insert goal),
so that I feel ___________________________ (insert sentiment) and can
______________________________________________________ (end goal)
Example
I want to: ____become more structured____ (insert goal),
so that I feel ___more confident____ (insert sentiment) and can
______produce better wellness content more efficiently______ (end goal)
Then...
2) Make your mission SMART:
Template
S -> specific
M -> measurable
A -> achievable
R -> realistic
T -> timed
Example
S -> specific:
Formulate your mission statement. (as seen above)
M -> measurable:
Include KPIs. (e.g. once per day)
A -> achievable:
What are the steps to achieve your goal?
R -> realistic:
Do you have the resources to achieve your goal?
T -> timed:
Are you giving yourself enough time to achieve your goal?
When you've done this for a week or two, have a reflection:
1) Are your smart objectives working for you? Ask a friend for feedback.
2) If not, re-adjust your SMART goal to better suit you.
3) Then try, try, try again. Make the drawing table your friend.
